Gay Marriage isn't legal in the UK (civil partnerships are, though I believe) and it has limited legality in America (New York recently got it).
The Catholic Church, I presume, doesn't want it.
Anyway, the question of Gay Marriage is far more than just a simple decision; there is a lot of religious baggage that goes with it- as marriage is a very religious thing.

You know what I don't get?
Love is love is love is love. Between who doesn't matter (unless the person you love arent your species. But then thats more of a moral issue. D:)
Your human, you love, nothing is wrong about it. Just stating my opinion. I know plenty of people who are gay and it doesn't make them sick or anything. And to the ridiculously religious that say God hates gays- he told us beings to love right? So they love. Get over it. >_<

I had a discussion recently around the Westborough Baptist Church and their stance on this, basically we came to the conclusion that if 'My' God hates either what I am, or what someone else is, then I'm pretty sure I don't want schlim as my/the god. We also reckon that God's a decent person, do what you like, I love you, don't hurt others please.
